At MCP Data Pods, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently erase your personal information from our active databases, logs, and third-party integrations.
All data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of submission. You will receive a confirmation email containing a unique Request ID. Please retain this ID for your records.
This process complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) "Right to Erasure" (Article 17) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Facebook Login Users: If you created your account using Facebook Login, you may use this form to request the deletion of data we received from Facebook, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.
